When a link on this site is an affiliate link, clicking it and buying may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are marked on the page they appear on, and every outbound commercial link carries rel="nofollow".
At the time of writing no retail affiliate programme is live on this site. Where a page offers a "check the price" or "where to buy" action, it currently points at the manufacturer's own listing and earns nothing. When that changes, this page changes with it.

Scores are never for sale
No brand, retailer, distributor or PR agency can buy, influence, preview or veto a HypeScore, a verdict, or a placement in a buying guide. We do not run sponsored reviews, paid placements, or "partner" rankings, and we do not accept payment to remove or amend a published verdict.
The HypeScore formula is published in full, and the total on every page is computed from four stored sub-scores at render time rather than typed in. That is a deliberate structural choice: a score cannot be quietly adjusted without adjusting the reasoning that produced it, in public.
Commercial relationships that do exist — affiliate programmes — are disclosed here and on the pages that carry them. We do not accept free watches in exchange for coverage. Where a product has been supplied for review by a manufacturer, that fact is stated at the top of the review.
Imagery policy
The line-art dials across this site are schematic placeholders drawn for WatchHypeHQ. They are deliberate: they carry no licensing risk and make no claim to depict a specific dial accurately.
Manufacturer imagery is used only where the manufacturer's press material permits it, and is always credited with the source and the licence on the page it appears on.
Creator content — video reviews and photography by other reviewers — is only ever included by official embed, so that every view, click and impression is counted on the creator's own channel. We do not re-host, re-cut, re-upload or screenshot another reviewer's work.
No AI-generated watch imagery, ever. This is a house rule with a build gate behind it: the site refuses to compile if any image path in the content set looks AI-generated. A photograph of a watch that does not exist is a lie about a product, and this site is built on not telling those.
