Atlas notes

The S446 is the small-wrist answer to the budget GMT, and on dimensions alone it beats its larger sibling: 39.5mm across, 47mm lug to lug, 10mm of case that grows to 13.5mm once the domed crystal is counted. On 19mm lugs. Those are numbers a smaller wrist will thank you for.

Inside is the Seiko NH34A, the same GMT workhorse the whole category leans on: 3 Hz, a power reserve Sugess puts at over 41 hours. Cheap to service, easy to live with, and not a reason to pay extra. Sapphire over the dial is a real point in its favor at this money.

Now the price, because the page makes you do arithmetic. Sugess lists it at $259 with a struck-through $500 beside it. Nobody should treat $500 as the real price of a watch with this movement; treat $259 as the price, and note that both colorways I checked showed sold out. The rating is 10 ATM, 100 meters, per the same pages. That is fine for a GMT you wear to a pool, and I would not read it as a diver’s promise. Lug width of 19mm is also an awkward strap size, and the clasp is not described anywhere I could verify.

Would I buy it? If you have a small wrist and want a GMT hand without paying four figures, yes, with open eyes. If your wrist takes 41mm, the S456 offers a sapphire bezel for about the same money.
