A Datejust is the most copied watch shape there is, and Baltany’s version asks $238 for the 36mm smooth-bezel look with a sapphire crystal and a proper bracelet. That is a lot of familiar silhouette for the money.
Baltany’s product page lists a Japanese NH35 automatic, 36mm across (38.9mm with the crown), 43.5mm lug to lug, and 11.5mm thick including the glass. Water resistance is 100 meters, which is generous for a dress-leaning watch. The crystal is sapphire with a cyclops and AR coating, and the bracelet closes on a double push-button folding clasp.
The silence is where I would slow down. The page names no power reserve, no frequency, and says nothing about hacking or hand-winding, so I will not tell you the NH35 does either on this watch. 11.5mm is also not slim. The same maker’s S4106 pie-pan is 9.7mm and will slip under a cuff more easily.
My judgment: this is a good-looking, well-specified bracelet watch at a fair price, held back by a spec sheet that leaves out what a movement buyer wants. If you want the Datejust shape and a bracelet from day one, worth a look. If you want a known service network behind the movement, the Seiko 5 Sports is the established-brand alternative, with a movement behind a bigger service network.
